Who we are

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you give us: your first name, last name, work email, phone number, company, job title, and message. We collect this so a real person can reply and scope the work to your situation. We do not collect anything from you unless you send it.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your inquiry and to follow up on the conversation you started. If you opt in, we may send you the occasional Natoma Insights email. You can opt out at any time, and we honor the request.

Where it goes

Contact submissions are sent to HubSpot, the customer relationship platform we use to manage inquiries, where they are processed on our behalf. To keep the form free of automated spam, we protect it with Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the submission comes from a real browser. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Webinar registration on our Atlassian webinar page is handled by Zift Solutions, Atlassian’s partner marketing platform, which processes the details you submit to reserve your seat. With your consent, Zift also measures how that page is used; if you decline, its analytics stay off and the registration form still works.

Cookies

This site always uses the essential cookies and local storage needed to run it, including remembering your cookie choice. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics and HubSpot to understand how the site is used, and Google tags to measure our advertising. These set their own cookies and share data with Google and HubSpot.

We manage the Google tags through Google Tag Manager with Google Consent Mode, and the HubSpot tracking script loads only after you accept. Until you accept, analytics and advertising cookies stay off. If you decline, they stay off. You can change your choice any time through the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond and to maintain our business records, then remove it. To ask us to delete your details sooner, email info@natoma.com.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have given us. Email info@natoma.com and we will take care of it.
